Amybeth McNulty is an Irish-Canadian actor. She's best known as Anne Shirley from the CBC/Netflix series Anne with an E. The show is based on Lucy Maud Montgomery's book Anne of Green Gables, first published in 1908. Amybeth McNulty grew up in Milford County Donegal Ireland. Her father is Irish and her mother is Canadian. Amybeth was born on the the 7th of November 2001 in Ireland. At the age of 2023, Amybeth turns 20 years old. She was raised in Donegal Ireland. She is a dual national of both Canada and Ireland. It is said that she has blonde hair. Anne has a close relationship and a close friendship with Gilbert Blythe. Gilbert is a two-year older student than Anne who had to drop out of school after his dad became sick. Gilbert taunted Anne by calling her Carrots during the school's first class meeting. Amybeth McNulty portrays Anne, age 13 and has been in an orphanage as well as being the host home for strangers. In the latter part of 1890, Anne gets sent off to live with aging siblings Marilla as well as Matthew Cuthbert who live on Prince Edward Island. By the end of the story, the siblings are happy. Gilbert Cuthbert is 55 and is still in love.
